NoFap shouldn't be a challenge, it should be about changing your mindset.
For one you gotta realize that there's nothing more pathetic than jerking it to a vid of some dude plowing some girl especially if you could just go to any bar or nightclub and easily get with a girl that's even hotter.
And if we're talking about solo vids by girls then you just gotta understand that these girls simply want your money and attention and thus control you.
