I got long ass arms so for me standing dumbbell curls. Really lets me squeeze at the top , each rep should take like a 3 second squeeze at the top and 3-4 seconds controlled down. Do 4 sets of ten like that and you'll understand the whole "the weight don't matter" thing most body builders will tell you

Specific exercise? Concentration curls. Easy to keep good form and it gives a crazy pump/contraction.
Aside from that, I enjoy the bicep/forearm gains I get from bouldering.

Dumbbell curls. Most people don't do them correctly though. To really hit the bicep, you want your palm facing up at the very top of the motion. Don't curl your wrist or use your shoulders/back/legs/etc. to help get the weight up there. It's a bicep exercise, not a compound movement.
Concentration curls and barbell curls are the best
