>I can't train because I have work

No, the reason you can't train is because you're a lazy cunt, there's tons of people with kids and jobs that manage to train, you're just a lazy fucker. Guarantee half of the fucks waste hours watching TV every week.

No excuses. Train at home. If you have two jobs, you can easily by a rack, weights, and bench.
>>

Most people don't. That's not an excuse for not eating healthy tho.

If you work two jobs, eating healthy is an even more important for you.

How is the number of jobs relevant?

If you work enough to live then you work the same as everybody else who isn't dead too.

That depends the fuck on what 2 jobs even mean.

Some fucker working 3 hours per week at one place, and 2 the other place doesn't qualify as having two jobs.

To me you don't qualify as having two jobs until the total sum of hours exceed those of one full time job significantly!

>>35680108
You can live off of $7 a week. I'm assuming you have some staple foods at your house. If not, start with eggs ($2.50/dozen). That gives you 6 mornings of breakfast. Get butter ($2/lb) to add calories to eggs and everything else. Get cheap tuna cans for protein. The next week, you'll still have 1/2 lb of butter so you can get eggs again, and tuna, and the rest of the money on rice. The following week you get butter again and chicken.

All about planning.

>I can't train because I have kids

I can say for certain this is entirely situational.

I have a 2 year old and a 1 month old. When my first kid was born, I stopped training for like 3 months because me wife and I had no fucking idea what we were doing. Having your first kid honestly flips your lifestyle upside down, and between not being used to operating on 4 hours of sleep per day, and just generally not knowing what the fuck to do with a pissed off infant all day, training, while not impossible, is insanely hard.

I got back into training when my first daughter turned one and haven't stopped. I took maybe a week off when my second daughter was born, and that's ONLY because my wife had a C-Section and needed me around to look after her to avoid medical complications. Right after that week I jumped back into my routine as normal. I still only get 4-5 hours of sleep on a GOOD night, but I'm so used to it as compared to the first go round that a cup of coffee gets me back to normal. It also helps that my wife and I already have a firm grasp of what entails raising a newborn, so we weren't really caught off guard despite having a 2 year old hanging around too.

I can honestly understand if a single mom didn't go to the gym because that shit would be nigh impossible. However, a single mom doing a home workout would be more feasible, if not still pretty tough.

Kids are rough. The first year and a half is horrendous until they settle into a schedule and actually develop a personality. Until then, you're at the mercy of random outbursts of crying, not understanding what the fuck is wrong with them, and sleepless nights just because they feel like fucking with you. My wife and I were our first daughter's bitches until she was like 17-18 months when we had to start doling out that tough love (letting her cry it out, not always giving her her way, etc).
>>
>>35680705
I do this, but It's more expensive here. 12 eggs are 4 dollars (cheapest brand) and dairy is way too expensive. The tuna is 2 cans for a dollar (cheapest brand). I do a lot of beans, rice and lentils bought in bulk, but it's pretty hard.

>Ground turkey is 4 bucks for a lb (a store near me had buy one get one free too)
>4 sweet potatoes for a buck each

>Head of cabbage is like 70 cents
>Can of corn is like 70 cents
>Can of rotel tomatoes is $2.00
>Oats (can easily last 3 weeks) $2.70

Breakfast - 1 or 2 eggs and/or half cup oats
Lunch - Ground turkey stuffed sweet potato w/ veggies
Dinner - Rice and ground turkey/veggie hash
Snack (if you feel like being a fat ass) - 1/2 cup oats

Not that hard, dude.

I hate to seem like I'm getting all in your business, but I'm genuinely curious:

1) Where do you live? Obviously you have an internet connection, so you're not homeless. Are you like in a housing community or something?

2) What kind of job do you have, and how much do you make?

3) Do you lift or go to the gym? I have to ask because you seem like you don't have much money, and gym memberships can be pretty expensive. If you do lift, how are you managing to get a decent diet?
>>
Dunno brahs.
I work min wage full time and have my own studio, car, etc. I buy groceries every single day just about.

I don't really have much friends, and those that I keep close with we only do activities that are cheap, like hiking. I go shooting now and then, which is pretty expensive - I'd like to do that more but I'm focusing on saving cash before taxes right now...

It's not easy, it's not like when I was pulling $750 a week and living at home where I could just shower myself in shit I wanted all the time but I'm a live.

I go to the gym at least three times a week with a bro, free gym since its at his work.
I'll be getting my own membership at a gym a few blocks from my house soon so I can go more frequently and get pointers on squatting and dead lifting safely and shit...

Also having a gf is nice but it is a funds and gains goblin. Take that shit slow bros and don't worry about getting a waifu. I eat healthier and have all my time to myself without a gf
>>
>>35681498
No prob.
1. I live on a friends couch atm (using his internet), and sometimes I stay with another friend (so not to bother friend nr 1 too much)
2.Job searching. I find odd jobs where I can and sell stuff I own to earn a bit of cash. I made 40 bucks in December, and have made 32 bucks so far in January.
3.BW and some home made weights. The diet thing is bit of a problem, but I got a box of whey for Christmas, so that helps with my protein macro.

Nearest Costco is a 3-4ish hour transit either direction that costs about 6$ for the bus at least (assuming I'm fast enough in the store to use transfers), as well as 11$ on the ferry ride back, not to mention the price of a Costco card itself. I'd have to be saving over 25$ per trip to make it worth my while on addition to recouping the price of the Costco card.

Not the anon you're referring to, but people without kids will NEVER understand the struggle, lol.

Their needs come first, and being a GOOD parent is the ultimate show of unselfishness.

I'm >>35680786, by the way. That being said, I left the gym until my first daughter made one. At that point, my wife and I had firmly established a sleep schedule for her (mind you, she'd wake up every now and then, but that's a 1 year old for you). Every other night, she'd take a bath, and we'd have her in bed by 7:30 or 8. My wife and I essential developed "shifts" for dealing with her when she'd wake up. 2 days, I'd have the first shift and deal with her if she woke up from 8pm-12am, then my wife would have 12am-4am, and I'd take 4am-8pm. Then the next two nights were reversed.

With that schedule, I was able to go to the gym guilt free at 8pm 2 nights in a row, every 2 nights (meaning I'd get 3-4 days at the gym per week, which is pretty good).

Maybe you could try a schedule like that. My daughter is 2 now, and sleeping like a normal person, so I don't even factor her into the equation of sleepless nights (she actually started sleeping through the night at 16 or 17 months). Now my 1 month old gets up 2-3 times per night, but I'm still able to go to the gym following the parental shift schedule I just told you about.

>am routinely called to work double shift (16 hours) at a moment's notice
>nearly always on call
OP I am almost 100% sure you are a freshman in college who has no internships or other jobs and have way too much free time.

Or this is pasta/bait again.

I once went to a course, where the teacher showed us like 30mins of stuff he does while watching movies with his granddaughter

Yet, somehow, your kids are your go to excuse/trump card for every situation.
>I can go to the gym cuz muh kids
>I know you covered my shift last week anon, but I can't return the favor cuz muh kids
>I can't help anyone ever cuz muh kids
I have two friends in the new dad phase. One stopped training for half a fucking year because, you guessed it, "muh kid." The other gets up every day an hour earlier than he did because he refused to let himself be weak and get fat using his child as an excuse. He wants his son to know that commitment, even when it's tough, is important. One of these guys I respect, guess which one. Blaming your laziness on your child is one of the most bitch ass things I have ever heard, not to mention the most selfish.

Actually, I had an easier time finding time to workout when I was on my workterm, going back to school was what fucked me up.

When I graduate and start working full time, I think I'll have an easier time
