Sup /fit/
My heart is racong since a few months and it often hurts. My doc says nothing's wrong but I'm a bit worried, I'm at like 90bpm at rest, not even fat (used to be at 70bpm), 6'0 79kg.
I'm looking for a jump rope program HIIT based, but can't seem to find one on internet (only bullshit "lose X kilos in T days").
Could one of you help me out ?
Thank you

Just start

I'm already cutting meat from my diet (max 100g / day), otherwise cashews / red beans / whole rice / whole bread / peanut butter / eggs / a bit of cheese. 0 milk.
I'm also a very anxious person. I'm currently doing SS (squat 107.5kg, DL 115 (posture issue)), but I'm looking for cardi to train my heart too...
Bump
Nobody knoes a good HIIT program ?

I'm 6'1 / 170 / 13% and have a very rapid heartbeat. I always have (even when did XC MTBing seriously).
Actually, while my mom was pregnant, doctors initially thought that i was going to be a girl because of my rapid heartbeat. Is it really so bad?

Not that bad but I lack stamina in general. I want to focus as much on having a healthy body than on a healthy heart.

cashews / peanut butter/ eggs / cheese
be very carefull with these fatty foods
take oils out of diet
fruits for potasium helps with anxiety
tons of dark leafy greens are the most potent cure for any cardiovascular problems
your BMI ?

I have to go, hope this thread will still be up in about 5 hours.
Don't know my BMI but I'm in the healthy range IIRC.
Thank you for your time anyway

I've also been eating 3 eegs every morning for about 4 years now. Never had a problem and have been regulary tested for cholesterol and stuff - never had a prob, but I start to think it may be a cause now. I'm 24.

if you would just only eat 3 eggs a day and that would be your only saturated fat intake
thats fine
The problem is that you probably eat around of 40% calories from fat and that fucks your heart big time

Ross Enamait, of RossTraining.com and successful boxing trainer, recommends 20 minute sessions, 3 minute rounds with 1 minute rest, and 5 minute rounds with 1 minute rest.
Do that 3 times per week and don't worry about complicating shit.
the heart its transparent and A LOT of times you can aim for the heart for a longer exercise but its on your ass to master your own volume or the workout presence will soon turn to your resting presence
