Lowbar feels very unnatural to me. Squat where the bar feels good. I like high bar. This isn't a pl meet and high bar atg will target flutes way more

The reason I stayed with the low bar squats was because it utilizes the posterior chain better than high bar squats; hip drive is not a thing in high bar squats, because you'd want to be a vertical as possible while in the hole.
The accessory work sounds good but personally, after heavy squats and deadlifts, I'm spent. I'ma guy though, so maybe girls have more energy than me.
