A word of advice is to not test your maxes all too often at your stage. Have fun with it an test it a couple of times per year, but I think it taxes your CNS too much and will hinder your progress. Keep lifting and getting stronger and you will see great results in time for next summer.

Cardiofag here. I've been doing boxing and taekwondo for the last 10-12 years. Recently joined wrestling classes and they have free gym.
So I started PPL and it's my 2nd week.

How close to ottermode am I?

What structure do i have? I'm starting a routine at the gym and i wanna know if i have some good basic forms to build muscle on ( would this bodytype look good with muscles? )

My diet consists basically of broccoli and lean meats, i eat vegetables as base food and some pasta every once in a while. Only drink water

I'd say cut for a good 12 weeks. You have a good frame but no definition. I would estimate you around 20% bodyfat. You need to track your macros if you want to look lean so I suggest IIFYM.

Yeah man. When I squat I do go parallel but my right knee always wants to move inward so it fucks my form up. I've always had weak legs for some reason. Even in high school lifting 3 times a weak I think the most I got was 290, with a 270 bench.
