I just ran 5 minutes in place in front of my computer while watching anime. I wanted to do 10 but that's too much apparently, since I feel like my legs are jelly and am drenched in sweat.

But I'm getting there. One day I'll have a super cool manly body.

Dude, I love running in snow. But then, we don't have snow very often here, so maybe one gets tired of it after a while. I don't think I could run indoors without ever getting anywhere, though.

The problem is that most people try too much too soon. Your tendons and bones need longer to build up for running than your muscles and cardiovascular system, especially if you do other sports as well. This way, a run might feel easy but still be too much for your joints.
