26.2 miles, get going pussy

I do three miles twice a week with 1 min of walking after each mile and a 5 min walking warmup but I'm no runner/marathoner.

What's slow for you? I can run 5k nonstop if I maintains around a 6 minute km. So that's a 10 minute mile or so. Is that slow?

most people on my gaelic/hurley teams have a sub 20 minute 5km, which I think is quite a strong time

Yea I didn't do it for too long. I just wanted to run 5k without walking at first. Now I want to get to 10k. I added intervals now but I still got a long way to go. I want to run a marathon next year.
