Google scholar is shit, and I can't do anything 100 percent unless there is good research behind it.

I am looking for research that backs natural increased growth hormone/testosterone production.

There are many that show an increase after heavy resistance training, but I am looking for a long term steady increase.

If people knew of a way to "naturally" boost test bodybuilders wouldn't be sticking needles in their ass. Stop looking for an ez way out and work out like normal people.

You're almost as bad as those fucking SARM posters.

I am not looking to go above my genetic potential, I am already happy with my current numbers.

I like to read good papers which are not hidden behind paywalls found with most journals. The fact that you are not trying to get as close to your genetic ceiling as possible shows your lack of effort.

Perhaps do some research on the endocrine system and its role in testosterone production

ResearchGate is really good.

My uni has partnerships with multiple databases.

Although Im EE , so I mainly used IEEE and EBSCO for non engineeering classes. I recall there are many other databases for medical purposes, so If you are studying, were a student or can access an University, by all means do so.

I don't even think that's a thing that's really been researched a whole lot. If you're in school, maybe it'd make a nice thesis defense.

people post all sorts of stuff that's normally behind paywalls and you can usually ask and get it there.

I have been using your suggested search engines, and have already found some useful stuff. I will share what I have found so far, although again most stuff is behind a paywall and you can only view the abstract. I would use EBSCO, but my university took me out of their registry.

Melatonin supplementation may inhibit somatostatin release. Somatostatin inhibits growth hormone and thyroid hormone.

An interesting article on GABA(gamma aminobutyric acid) supplementation and its effect on post workout GH concentration.
