I have some bad anxiety
When someone laughs in the street I always assume they're mocking me and I even flinch/lower neck/guard responses. Right now I'm in finals and I'm stressed out as fuck I haven't slept more than a couple hours a day for like a week. I'm worried cortisol will take my hair/gains/brain. How to lower cortisol/stress levels?

honestly, i feel like this is something you just one day get tired of worrying over.
as the day goes by i get less and less concerned about others opinions and start becoming more closed off and selfish because the this world, if ur ugly as i am it's not like anyone else gives a fuck so why should?
