Cup of almonds is like 800 calories. I don't understand how anyone has trouble dirty bulking.

Yes, and fat has more than double the calories per gram than other macronutrients. That's why high fat foods are good for bulking.
Unsaturated fats don't cause any of the heart problems you associate with fat, and may help prevent them. Nuts and seeds are filled with unsaturated fats.

Years ago my high school friend had problems with his appetite. He could never eat more than twice a day. Sometimes he ate just one meal per day and he was weak as fuck and tired all the time because of that. His parents were getting depressed about it so they started taking him to doctors.

Some doctors considered growth hormone some steroids some both. His parents decided to take that as the last option.
Then some doctor gave him B-Complex tablets. It was all kind of B vitamins and it finally gave him the appetite. The last time i saw him (years ago) he had around 90kg on his 185cm comparing to his 65kg in his skeleton years.

Been trying to adjust my eating habits but I just can't seem to recover quick enough for the next meal, if I eat something then I'll have to wait some hours before I feel hungry again.

I'll look up on those tablets and consult with my GP, thanks breh.

And try to have some eating schedule. Example;
Start with breakfast 6-7 AM, lunch 6 hours after that, dinner 6 hours after. Once your get those three meals in order you will not have a problem to squeeze in some meal in between. But yes check with your GP about B vitamins.

That might be also one of your problems - inactivity. Try taking an hour long walk and for fuck sake start lifting.even if you are Auschwitz mode.

Eat dirty. Count calories and macros and as long as you're not eating at a surplus of like 1,000+ calories, you should be good. Also, as you eat more, your stomach will expand more, allowing you to eat more without getting full as quickly
