I didn't see a mental health thread so I'm going to ask this here.
How can I take action on my ideas?
I am constantly thinking of ways I can improve my life, and they're usually great ideas.
The problem is, I can't follow through with the idea.
I get so caught up in the "dreaming" part that I lose interest in the "achieving" part.
I want to achieve.
I want to get fit, get a 4.0, do community service.
But here I am, sitting in my same computer chair that I know is terrible for my back and I'm doing nothing.
Is this a mental illness?
Or am I just a weak pussy?

It's not a mental illnes, its a sort of anxiety. I have this also.
First of al, get out of the house, there are millions of opportunities out there, instead of siting and dreamig, things will not come to you, you have to sieze them.
I have sort of a similair problem, I want to do stuff, get a job and stuff but subconciously i really dont want to do it cuz its really easy to sit in front of your computer, dream about it but never actually do anything about it. The thing is, I know I'd be a lot happier if I were to get myself to be more active.

Hmm anxiety would make a lot of sense, my family has a history of anxiety.
Maybe I'll join the military, at least there I won't have a choice, I'll HAVE to get shit done.
Hopefully I'll develop a work ethic from it and help my anxiety.
