Skillset and timing is far more important in executing the actions which will take down your opponent, you might be able to throw a right hand like an armor piercing bullet but if you can't time it so you can land it to clean out your opponent it is fucking useless.
Aldo vs Mcgregor is an excellent example of how perfect timing & technique can end a fight straight away.
