Not op but it is a relatively fresh new meme originating from rich pianas bigger by the day series. In almost every episode rich will be "caught" on cam eating this cookie. As the camera focuses on him he will usually say "uh oh, oops! Busted again!" He will then explain how the cookie doesnt count as a meal or enter into his macro count (even though theyre something like 480 calories). He repeatedly explains how its simply a "yummy snack" not a meal

Normally I'd say no that absolutely counts but Piano Man is fucking huge. In his diet that probably equates to a Hershey kiss for someone like me. Calories are still calories but he can probably safely ignore it if it's once a day. Anyone know how many calories a day he eats?

Theres no way to fucking know how much he eats. Even in his BBTD series where hes supposed to outline everything theres no way to track it. It shows him eating his 4-5 portioned "bodybuilder" meals, but they look so small and definately dont contain enough calories to sustain him. Then theres all the snacks and shakes he eats. This doesnt even take into account his huge takout order and ben and jerrys every night. It wouldnt suprise me if theres alot more that hes eating behind the scenes because rich is the type to eat whatever the hell he wants when he wants just to say he can and to claim its his "lifestyle". Id ballpark him in the 5-6 k range easy

Those cookies have shit macros. I looked them up and found out they have 30 grams of sugar and 380 calories per cookie. I might as well just eat a normal cookie. It's not like I need the extra protein.
