I take caffeine pills. I like Monster but they're just way too fucking expensive to drink regularly, I used to drink like 2/day and it adds up fast. PWO doesn't make a large enough to justify how expensive it is compared to caffeine pills.

I drink these and/or lowcal Rockstars and/or lowcal Red Bulls as preworkout. Regular PWO's pretty much all have arginine which gives me cold sores. I workout after work and work is physical so something is pretty much required.
