What does /fit/ think about Chuck T's?

I do DL and Squat in my chucks. Good flat sole that doesn't compress.
>>35645112
inferior compared to pic related

Good for a budget.

thats why i hate /fa/
chucks come in so many different colors and shit theres no visible difference to this autistic "flyers" shit .. its the same fucking shoe for anyone who does not have autism
go kill yourself and keep these discussions in the autism containment boards
I do my lifting in a pair of 5 dollar walmart knockoffs.
Not as good or stylish as Asics.

I wear black chuck high tops to the gym every time. No complaints.
>>35646562
dude same here i've gotten so many bitches with them
>>35646562
same breh, faded glory masterrace
>>35645112
Great for squats and deadlifts, i generally keep running shoes in my bag for cardio and days i dont do legs because its comfortable
I just do all my lifts in some black Vans. I think I'm getting the same effect that I would from the Chucks.

goat
Is there any actual difference between classics and hightops? Always buy the classics but wonder if even a little ankle support is better?

This

I wear high tops, breddy gud :DD
Meh. It ain't pic related, but I guess it works.
>>35645112
Terrible. I wanted to try squats without a heel once so used an old pair of chucks. Anybody who says they aren't squishy hasn't pushed down on the insole in them. No lateral support whatsoever either.
If you want a pair of cheap, flat shoes to deadlift/squat in, get some throwing shoes like the asics hyper throw. Far better suited to lifting than chucks.
>>35648328
throwing shoes are slippery and curved
try wrestling shoes
I do squats in Vans, not the best shoe but it's a good mix between not having to carry around a pair of lifting shoes and giving support for squats and dls.

Same. They get the job done, and can wear them out every so often.
