is anyone else addicted to this shit? it's like crack to me. i have at least 2 packs of it in my fridge at any time and usually drink 3 a day. it's actually burning a hole in my pocket but i can't stop. are they even healthy?

It's reconstituted vegetable juice. It's mostly tomato juice with some parsley, celery, beets, watercress, and a few other veggie juices.
It's not bad, but it's pretty high in sodium. 600mg per can.

Really not worth it. Just juice some tomatoes with whatever other veggies you like and add some squeezed lime to make a tasty and slightly sour drink.

Do what I do and make your own. I do this ebery couple daya durimg the week put it in the fridge and drink it during my morning commute to work as breakfast.
1 bag of frozen veggies
1 can of tomato paste
Then fill the blender with water
Add 3 scoops of whey
Blend.
Makes 3 days worth
I really love the spicy hot v8, bit there is no low sodium version of that unfortunately.
