Will I die if all I eat is Chicken, rice, and broccoli?

What if I put some bean, potatoes, carrots, celery, onion and barley in the diet?

Add a multivitamin to make sure you're not malnourished and you should be good to go. You'll need some kind of dietary fat too, so get peanut butter or something.

> Studying abroad 6-7 months a year the past 3 years
> Eat this twice a day every day with very few exceptions
> Also eat eggs everyday and some multivitamins and fish oil when I remember
> Don't have any noticeable health problems

But also haven't had a check up in a couple years.

That is, I eat this when I study abroad 6-7 months a year. The rest of the year I eat mostly bread and whatever the rest of the family is having for dinner.

Basically, a multivitamin gives the D (if you don't into outside), and the other vitamins and minerals you're not getting.

You don't have any omega 3s, and you don't really have any antioxidants. I would get some ground cloves and ground flaxseed, or fish oil.

Been eating this shit for the past 3-4 years on an almost daily basis (except for when I'm in uni).

Can safely say I have the best looking body I have ever seen in my entire life for a 19 year old, and I accredit it to this dish.

Boil some water. Put the rice in it. Then the broccoli.
Heat some oil in a pan, and put then chicken in the pan.

There are tons of ways to cook a meal. This is one of the easiest and simplest.

i eat only brown rice, chicken, some sweet potatoes, beans and cotage cheese and i'm just fine (2 years in this diet btw)
>>
I literally never eat veggies because they taste like shit and I'm still alive.

even easier is if you have a rice cooker, just cook the rice and throw the broccoli in the upper compartment. Instead of boiling the broccoli (which makes the broccoli lose a lot of its nutrients) it gets steamed which is much better

Also, for chicken, be sure not to cook it dry. Dry chicken is awful. What you do is, pre-heat the pan at a medium temperature with some oil in the pan, toss the diced chicken breast (or chicken leg or whatever) in the pan, let it cook for 1 minute on one side, flip the pieces of chicken to the other side, put a lid on the pan (or a big plate works as well) and cook for 7 minutes, then flip them again and cook for 2 minutes (on the side that was initially cooked without the lid). Result: the juiciest and best chicken ever.

Not enough variety, bro. A multivitamin is no substitute. Adding the beans and barley and stuff would be a good idea though.

Eat some fruit
>>
>>35642742
Oh yeah, I forgot: from the moment you put the lid on the pan, switch the heat from medium to low

canned chili con carne is excellent, OP. cheap too. eat it with rice and maybe cheese for taste and you've got yourself a super cheap lunch that tastes good and has at least 40g protein.

if you want to do it right op, add some nuts, seeds, and other nutrient dense vegetables like spinach to your daily diet, their are plenty of whole grains like steel cut oats that are far superior to brown rice for getting your daily carbs

and boil your chicken if you want to prepare it in the healthiest way possible
