I actually bought some the other day and have eaten a couple servings of it. I figured I should start getting some lactobacilus reuteri in my diet, aka probiotics.

There are some studies showing significantly increased testerostone production in rats fed probiotics compared to rats fed a typical diet.

Bretty cool stuff

>>
>>35637351
>filled to the brim with sugars

Nigger I hope you're overemphasizing this, because brands like Lucreta and Fage use absolutely 0 added sugars, and the sugars that are in the yogurts are naturally occurring lactose shit, so you couldn't even avoid those if you wanted to. Lots of anons buy it and sweeten it up even more anyways.

A few grams of sugar isn't going to kill your diet anyways, assuming you manage your carbohydrates right.
>>
>>35639168
The macros for any fat free greek yoghurt here are something like 20g sugar 7g protein. That's not ok.

I don't understand how it's possible to eat right without Costco.

A 1.36 kg / 3 lb tub of Fage Total 0% is $6.49, i.e. $1.08 per 23 g protein serving. I keep four tubs in the fridge.

I mix a half cup with a half cup of Quaker Steel Cut Oats for breakfast with 1 tbsp Kirkland Signature Clover Honey (5 lb for $13.29) and a light powdering of ground Saigon Cinnamon and 5 g Creatine Monohydrate (from BodyBuilding.com) for breakfast.

I also get the 2% or sometime full fat (1 kg / 35.3 oz for $5.99 from the supermarket) and mix 2 tbsp of honey per cup then freeze for just long enough for it to start to crystallise and eat for desert.

More importantly it's actually yogurt, i.e. mad of milk, bacteria and nothing else.

15 g protein for 80 Calories is good: 0.188 g/Cal vs Fage Total 0% 0.177 and siggi's 0.142.

$0.99 for 5.3 oz (5.35 oz/$) is more expensive than the 7.396 oz/$ I pay for Fage Total 0% at Costco, but I'm sure is much cheaper than siggi's.

As requested, here's something better after a brief stint in the freezer.
