look, unless you're competing for the fucking olympia and you have to be 4% bf just eat below your TDEE as a noob, get good strength, then start eating above your TDEE once you escape skinnyfat until you hit good weight, then just cut and start over with a clean bulk to stay cut

Half your fat goal is fine for a day or two. You'll just end up losing a little bit of fat instead. Keep the protein and carbs up to where they need to be.
Heavy whipping cream retard. Add some protein powder for flavor and water.
Don't count macros until you're at 1/2/3/4 at least. Just get your protein goal.
