OK fit, I need some help. I've been stuck at benching 175 for 6 months now. Sometimes I can do 185 but I haven't been able to progress any more than that. It's like a hit a wall. Has this happened to anyone else? What should I do to get past it?

This worked for me. I also switched and did 5x5 incline bench for a month and didn't do flat bench and it jumped too.
