ITT: Autistic things you did when you were new to /fit/

I did that for just about an entire semester. My car reeked of sweat all the time because I couldn't shower there without them noticing something was up.

Not sure if autistic but, was doing Stronglifts 5*5 during my first months of the gym, and I thought deadlifts 5*1 meant 5 sets of 1 deadlift each. Basically I was taking 20 minutes to five fucking deadlifts

For the first three months of me starting to do any weighted lifting, I did crossfit. I was a fucking idiot, and I'm lucky I didn't hurt myself. If I can make it, we can all make it brehs

I wasn't even a beginner, i followed the power cleans over dead lift from ages 13 to 17. Its what the football coaches said what was up. From fit iven been doing deads from 22 to 26.

Log period in between of drinking and doing drugs. Its experience i could never replicate any other way, but none the less, wish i had never done it. Let that be a lesson to you kids... its some entertaining shit, but its truly not wroth it.
