So I posted on here 2 weeks ago about losing weight by lifting and by recommendation me and my friends have started the stronglifts 5x5 program for 6 months. I've been lifting for two weeks 3 days a week and here's what I do
Squats 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
Leg Press 5x5
Various Dumbbell exercises
I'll post my body goal in the post after the OP. Do you guys have any recommendations or changes? Should I start adding cardio on the days I don't lift?
add cardio every single day you lift breh
25-35 mins. elliptical is good
Get your ass on the stairmaster everyday. Keep lifting and keep counting calories.
Add in cardio, and other exercise as well. Do a full body workout 3 days a week (include Lat pulldowns and military press)
Do cardio on non workout days, and eat at a 500 calorie deficit

You aren't doing Stronglifts Pajeet. If you are going to do Stronglifts I suggest you try doing fucking Stronglifts.
Better yet, do Starting Strength.
