Does anyone have experience with fixing genu valgum/knee valgus/knock-knee?

I don't have the worst case but it's definitely noticeable. Neither of my parents have it but my eldest sister does.

The outside of my shoe soles are much more worn down than the insides and I've rubbed all the hair off my inner thigh directly above the knees.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I think this is an orthotics fix go see a foot doctor.

I want to know too, specially about the treatment

Yo, formerfatfuck here, I have knock-knees but not as bad as the picture.
Fix your posture. Don't hyperextend your knees when you're standing, keep your chest up and your core somewhat tight. It hasn't effected lifting for me yet, but I haven't gotten into really heavy weights. The best thing you could do in addition to fixing your posture or wearing insoles would be to lose weight if you are heavy. Good luck.

I've been skinnyfat my whole 18 years so I doubt it's that. Have you seen improvements?

It stopped getting worse, and my posture is overall better. I don't have any pain and I was obese from 6-18. At my worst I was around 280lbs. I'm 24 now, 6', 210lb but not jacked or anything. Are you flat footed?

Genu valgum is normal for children around the age of 2-8 years old. It should sort itself out but if it doesn't, surgery is usually required. And it should've been done long ago. Not sure there's much hope for you now.

Of course there's also the possibility that you've just developed some retarded way of standing on your own, in which case you should be able to fix it over time.

Looks like a collapsed foot arch

Wearing arch supports has been helpful for me, try that

EVERY fat chick has this and it seriously makes me cringe seeing it. It's like their knees have to bend in and make a triangle just to support their fat fucking lard asses.

Increase hip external rotation and groin flexibility.
