I'm fine with 30. I can knock it off quickly before work. Burn about 300 calories, so if I ever go over my 2000 limit I am still covered. Already my blood pressure is much better, before I started this my resting hear rate was in the heart attack range. 180 to 190 sitting down. Now after 30 minutes on a stepper I am only up to 160.

I know, but I work 9 to 5 and then work out from 6 to 8 and I still have plenty of time for myself.

Haven't lost any weight but I'm still gonna go at it. My eating was a bit worse than usual right after New Years too since I had leftover Chinese food from NYE to eat for a few days after (was eating like 3000-3500 calories per day finishing it off)

I know what you mean. I had to do a lot of careful planning to get under 2000 without feeling deprived. The trick for me was just going through the list of foods I enjoy eating and finding stuff where I could eat a lot and not blow my limit. Tuna Sandwiches turned out to be my best option. I could conceivably eat 4 a day and still be well below my limit. Find a few you like and stock up. I currently have 30 cans of tuna in my pantry. And ingredients for other similar meals.

I got 4 meals I eat in different combinations.

rice (half cup dry with soy sauce and veg) 390
tuna sandwich (two tbls mayo) 450
pizza bagels (three, no pepperoni, cheese cutout middle) 650
apple and peanuts (1 apple, half cup of peanuts) 500
coffee (one cup of milk, one tblsp sugar) 200

I do peanuts fruit and coffee for breakfast, 700 calories
Tuna sandwhich for lunch, 450
Pizza or rice for dinner, 390 or 650
Cup of coffee for desert 200

That's either 1740 calories or 2000 depending on the day, and I never feel hungry.

That time would be better spent bettering your mind. As long as you are exercising enough to stay healthy, there are better uses for your self. Work out for 30, then spend the extra hour and a half studying a couple programming languages, double your income within two years. Or, you can "maximize" your physical potential by getting watermelon arms, and work at Denny's when you aren't lifting.

My biggest vice. I put the pack down three flights of stairs though, so it is quite a hike anytime I want one. That immediately cut my consumption down to 15. I have an acre of land, I will probably eventually put the pack out in a shed at the far corner of my property. A walk that long will probably cut me down to 10. Then when I start my new job which has a strict no smoking policy, I won't have any until i get home from work, so will be down to 5. I'm fine with that.

Man you would not believe the craving I am going through right now though. It was easy when I was on leave but I've just come home from my first week back at work and every inch of me is screaming for a carton of beer and a pack of smokes. It's been two hours and there has been no let up.

Problem is that it will throw out everything because not only will I drink and smoke tonight, I'll use porn to get through the hangover tomorrow, plus I'll miss a gym sesson

Surprisingly, I found I am at my most vulnerable right after jerking off. It re-activates that part of my brain and the desire to go look at porn is almost more than I can handle. Went from 121kgs down to 116. About 1400-1600 kcal intake, sometimes less, sometimes a bit more. Can see a lil bit of change, nothing major but not givin up. 185cm if that matters.

Made a mistake possibly, it's just calories.

Possibly too low, but consider the fact that i am a lardass that has next to 0 muscle, fat loss is my concern.

Also, i actually went to a physician/nutritionst to help me with my diet, gave blood samples, measured pressure, waist hips neck all that jazz. I am not to be trusted with making up my own diet, at least for now, it got me to 120kgs in the first place.

But that is really low man. For someone your size you could be eating around 2400 calories and dropping 2 pounds per week. Eating 1400 to 1600 you are probably starving yourself and not actually burning off any fat. Your doctor approved that calorie intake? I am the same height as you but about 30 pounds lighter. I am consuming 2000 per day and still dropping 2 pounds per week.

Stayed 205lbs the entire time.
Recently switched to highbar squat since lowbar feels wierd and oly lifts look fun.
Squat - 175lbs 3x5
OHP - 110 3x5
Bench - 155 3x5
Deadlift - 225 3x5
Chinup - 40lbs assisted 3x5

My schedule and diet were really half ass at the start but progressively got better throughout.

If you are that heavy, you actually have a ton of muscle mass under the fat. It takes a tremendous amount of strength to carry around that much extra weight. You aren't "seeing" the results probably because all your losses are happening to the muscle underneath your outer layers of fat.

Also if you starve yourself and make really miserable, then there is no way you will ever keep up with your diet plan. You'll give it up eventually guaranteed.

Came back from the gym, hopefully you're still here.

I'm never hungry(unless get hungry whilst preparing my meal, can't eat chicken ungrilled) I make sure of that. I did a similar diet about a year ago; lost around 28kg(about 60 pounds) and my main issue was maintaining, i went back to my old habits.

I try and eat more on days i lift; But I'll take your advice to heart and talk to my doctor as well, see if i should increase the cal intake.

Yeah, don't listen to me, the only info I get is from the internet, and we all know how wrong that can be. Definitely listen to your doc. Just the fact that you are paying attention to your calories at all might be enough. It's not paying attention to your intake that causes the most trouble. Good luck, from a fellow lardass.
