This lmao. Almost anyone will look better at like 8-11% than at 5%, if they are natty. At 5% you'll look so fucking depleted and tiny... no point desu. 8-11% = ideal pretty much...

Yeah, from seeing guys in my height range (6'3" - 6'4") compete in bodybuilding and guys in power sports (powerlifting, football, etc.), I'd say pretty much dead-on.

As would I, and this is where it gets difficult.

First, a natty in contest condition is dehydrated and glycogen depleted at ~210 (207 - 214). So, the 6'3" - 6'4" guy, hydrated and replenished, is ~215 - 220.

Another huge factor for natty guys who get to contest condition is that they can't hold as much muscle mass at such low levels of body fat (testosterone drops, growth hormone drops, etc.). So, take the 215 - 220 lb. guy at 5% bf., carrying ~205 - 208 lb. of LBM. At 10 - 12% bf, total body weight is ~225 to 230 lbs. Plus -- and this is what's tough -- account for the lean body mass that would be lost as a natty drops from 10 - 12% to 4 - 6%, and hormones plummet. Perhaps 235? 240? From what I've seen, pure meso or endo/meso guys blessed with robust bone structures, thick joints, broad shoulders, wide hips, etc., may be able to hit 6'3" - 6'4" 230 - 240 at 12 - 15%. At a legit 10% bf, 225 is probably the upper-limit.
