What kind of ear/headphones does /fit/ use in the gym? I always used the ones that came with my phone but they recently stopped working after years of use.

Any recommendations?
>>
I use the apple earpods, they are very resistant.
And most importantly, I sweat a lot and they don't seem to get damaged by sweat.

If you don''t sweat a lot just buy any earphone or headphone you want. If you do sweat watch for build quality and sweat proof.

Audio engineer reporting in.

Go to an actual specialist shop and ask to try different in ear buds. Show the guy what device you will be using as this will help him advise you. Sit down in the shop with a few pairs and test run the shit outta them.

Or just check something like whathi-fi dot com and order whichever has the best ratings.

I love these, sound great, sweat resistant, designed to not fall out, and the company sends you free replacement tips in case. All around my favorites.

I use these.
When excercising, I wrap them around my around the back of my lobes rather than just letting them hang. That way, they stay put.

Skullcandy fix
Great sound, really stay in and are fairly strong
They also block sound really well, and are pretty cheap for the quality

cheap $10 "sports" ones, the tiny flat ones that have that rubber thing that goes behind your ear to hold them in place. because who cares.

I use some house of Marley earbuds that came with my phone for "free". they have some nice sound and they're noise canceling too. They also stay in place when I jog and have a little volume and pause button on the cord. The cord is covered in that one wire cloth thing (idk the name) only problems I've had were when I would jog and my shirt would get sweaty the buttons would screw up a bit and lower the volume until I dried it out. Haven't had that problem since I got a quick drying shirt. Also it comes with a little cloth baggie to hold them and sometimes if I pull the earbuds out the baggie to fast the earbuds piece falls out and I have to look for it or use some of the other earbuds rubber that came with it.

They're kinda dirty now.

I play music at a considerate volume out of a portable boom box

My gf bought me some beats for like $150 or so for christmas. I bought her a puppy. Long story short neither of us have those presents anymore

Focal sphear headphones.

Best sound in an ear bud I've ever heard
>>
>>35610644
I bought some wireless buds at target half off and I love them. Going to try and never go wired again.
>>
>>35610711
It's not that serious dude. You're using earbuds to listen to music while you pump, not mix sympohonies for an upcoming blockbuster.

pic related most of the time

I'd never tried Sennheiser before I bought these on an amazon.es lightning deal and they're very good. They stay on my ears when I'm running and the sound is A* for the price point. Do get really sweaty though. When I'm washing the pads from them I use Shure se215s but really I prefer to hear a bit of what's going on around me at the gym

Just came to start this thread. Had a pair of these but lost the...nubs? Ear socks? Whatever you call the molded part that goes in your ear.

Been thinking about switching to wireless, but don't want to spend too much.

Honestly I've had $20 ear buds that were fine (skull candy, whatever came with my last phone). I'm not looking for pro-quality sound

>inb4 beats or sennheiser or some other overpriced memephones to try to get people to notice me and not my small dick

Beats earphone wireless

I like 'em, when I use to run with like the apple earphones, they'd always bounce out
but the wrap around the ear and connect through bluetooth

I bought my sister's used ones so it was fairly cheap

would never buy with my own money but that's a sick gift f a m

I bought some ear phones from amazon called panasonic hj120 or some shit for 7 bucks. Those things are crazy good, better than some 50 dollar earbuds my brother has. He tried them and he said theyre better than the beats earbuds but i cant vouch for that bc i havent tried the beats.

Shure's, of course. They're stage in-ear monitors and consequently do excellent noise cancellation and good quality sound. I use jew cheap ones ($100 at GC) andy fitted ones for performance.
