some skyr has so much sugar it's nasty.
Some flavours from some companies have barely any, you can even get unflavoured stuff, it tastes foul at first but it'll grow on you. Nothing bitter tastes good the first time.
When you get used to unflavoured you'll be rolling in all kinds if gains.
