You're cutting and your goal is 2000kcal.

Person A eats 2 whole eggs (200kcal) and fills out his remaining 1800 calories.
Person B eats 4 egg whites (200kcal) and fills out his remaining 1800 calories.
(Assume all other variables - exercise, macros, genetics, etc. - to be more or less equal.)
