6 month mark since I started going to the gym. What does /fit/ think of my progress? Not trying to be the hulk but wanted to gain some weight and get a little more definition. I've gained only 7lbs in the last 6 months and am eating a bit more but I naturally don't have much of an appetite. Any tips?

Trying to gain weight but got a great metabolism unfortunately. I tried doing some meal plans with 5 meals a day but couldn't bring myself to finishing all the meals each day.

Kept body fat low. Gained some mass. You deff look thicker all around. Prob coulda added more mass in 6 months tho. Eat more calories, lift harder, longer, and more frequently.
