I saw a guy do 10 rep sets on a decline bench today. That's not so bad except he had the bar loaded with a 10 and 2 25's on each side while quite literally moving his arms up and down maybe five inches. And the 10's were in between the 25's so it looked even stupider

Can't be as bad as the guys I saw doing bench drop sets. They loaded up 5 10 lb plates on each side and would rep upwards of 20 then get two buds to take off a plate on each side and slam it on the ground. They did this until they were tossing up the bar.
