Consistently? Like 3 years. But probably 5 or so realistically. I started lifting at like 145 or so at my height so my main focus was just size.

Until recently though I never really tracked my calories, but having started doing it I've noticed more significant and steady increase in mass and lifts. So now that Im on a more focused routine lifting and eating consistently it's helped a lot. I really had no plan for the first couple years.

No, I was pretty skinny growing up, but my dad has always had a naturally larger frame so I think I just started growing into that when I started lifting. I had asthma as a kid so I never got into sports. I want to get into boxing but the place Im looking at is pretty pricey, otherwise I would love to do that in addition to weight lifting.

Oh jeez, the other guys probably have way better diets than I do. Especially the really ripped guy. I keep my breakfast pretty simple. I have a shake, a handful of almonds and usually a probiotic yogurt for digestion and a banana or something. If I have really low time to eat then ill mix some raw eggs in with my shake.

I drink a lot of liquid meals, Im a server so I often work splits so getting home I dont have much time to prepare lunch so Ill blend stuff like nuts, oats, fruit and protein powder in my blender and do that. I've been a lot less clean lately and probably have a couple cheat meals a week. I get a discount where I work so I eat my restaurant food (burgers and stuff like that). But I've cared a lot less about keeping my diet super clean over winter and even at my leanest I still had pretty regular cheat meals. My job is all walking so I kinda can afford to eat pretty liberally without being super high bf. But I am probably around 15-18% right now if I had to hazard a guess. Other than that, I eat a lot of eggs (easy and fun to make at night with some ham and beans), oatmeal and ground beef I like cause theyre super cheap.

I should have added though, that I recently mostly ditched bench for DB Bench, I vastly prefer how it feels on my shoulders and Im transitioning a lot of those lifts into hypertrophy pretty soon (started with some of them already).
