>>

That's more than I spend on food for three months and my country is a lot more expensive than yours. Buy in bulk and cook at home. Have meal prep days. Don't eat out and don't buy coffee in ridiculous crappy shops.
Solved it for you.
>>
I spend 100 during the first week, and then around 20-35 restocking each week, so if we do the math it'll be day1 (100) + week234 (20) = 100+60 = 160

you gucci mein
>>
>>35575429

germany

35-50€ on average per week

chicken, rice, veggies, oats, milk, some nuts, fish when cheap or so, some beef occasionally when i feel like it

pretty ez to get by under 150-200€/$ a month.

I meal prep and prep for ~4 sometimes 5 days.

I use fresh veggies so idk. Probably would be way easier with some frozen shit i can throw in a microwave.

Germany

Around 60-70 Euros per week, but I buy the cheapest generic products at Aldi (student budget ftw)
>what are your staple foods?
brown rice, chicken breast, eggs, mixed frozen veggies, borcolli, milk, bananas, apples, whey protein shakes, cottage cheese, jogurt and now during bulking season some cupcakes and rice waffles, bread and nutella

$85 a month roghly

Baked potatoes, pasta, white rice, eggs, canned salmon and tuna and chicken and frozen peas and corn.

Maybe once a month I'll buy fresh broccoli and other vegetables/fruit
Pic related is what I'm eating right now. One can of tuna, one can of salmon and 2 eggs. 450kcal and 66g protein. Cost $0.80 for tuna, $1.15 for salmon and like $0.15 for the 2 eggas
>>
Colorado

I spend about $25 at costco every week and a half (I go shopping with my roommates).
10 lb bag of chicken
10 lb case of oats
Broccoli
Carrots
PB and jelly
Bread
Eggs

That's about it.

Around $110, live in Charlotte, NC.
A large part of it is fresh almond butter, its expensive but there isn't anything better for putting on weight clean.
The rest is a ton of berries, and other assorted fruits and veggies.
I buy rice/beans/lentils once a month, its pretty cheap and isn't included in the weekly cost.

ill do this is one time and get 2 orders of supplements. i'll usually make a small purchase like a textbook for school or like a vidya game. then do it the next time

>Or will they just not bother trying to prove that you actually got the package? kek
literally you just email them saying you never got it. they'll be like okay wait a couple days. then you tell me give me refund/send another

my friend got his address banned from amazon cuz he did it in a row

lel if i get banned i'll just ask my sister to order it to her house

He says he spends $85 a month, and what he listed costs $2.10 for one meal. If he has this meal once a day, that'd be $66.30, leaving him about $18.00 for the rest of his food for the month... or roughly 50 cents per day for additional food. It's a good bet he's not getting much additional protein for 50 cents a day. So yea, 66g protein for an entire day, that's pretty low.
>>
>>35575429
Italy, base of 100€/month, more when eating socially.
staples are eggs, lentils, a ton of fresh produce, cheap pork and ground beef, rice too for bulking.
Omelettes, pork chops, soups, rinse and repeat.
No fish, which sucks, but I try to hit the fish market in the rare occasions I'm in a coastal town.

thats about the average. I spend somewhere around $40 every time I go shopping and I eat a lot. The only issue youll run into is not being able to buy all the little things that make food taste good, so my advice is to try and stock up on seasonings early because they are expensive and they will make everything taste better obv.
