What pomade/gel/wax does /fit/ use?
To keep this /fit/ related how well does it handle sweat and natty gains?
I use pic related, causes acne if you're a fucktard and rub that shit on your face
sweat doesn't do much
Your hairstyle too?
>inb4 nig
just heat it up fucktard
>>
>>35567273
pic related my haircut
not me btw
>>
>>35567273
my nigga.

I have a few different pomades that I use

My favorite is probably Murray's Super Light. If you use too much of the Murray's Superior and it feels really good the next day that's what Super Light feels like that the first day.

I also like Dapper Dan Deluxe as a good water base.

But Murray's Superior is super awesome, just be careful and don't use too much. It's also only like $3 a tin so that's cool.
>>
>>35567273
Men don't talk about this shit. Either return your man card or go to a gay board.
>>
>>35567387
ever tried murray's beeswax?
the black one looks pretty legit, and $3 so you can't lose much
>>35567415
fuck off buzzcut fag
>>
>>35567442
I haven't given it a shot yet. But original smells the best, ladies love that shit

yes
do you rub it until warm or blowdry it on
when I have DOMS I just leave the tin halfway in a bowl of boiling hot water when I shower and take when it's time I just take it out, pretty smooth
ever tried suavecito, pretty overrated but smells good, and water based too, still prefer oil based
>>
>>35567516
I actually fucking hate suavecito. It's just so crusty once it gets hard. I don't really like firm holds though so that's just my opinion. I like still being able to put my fingers through my hair.
>>
>>35567542
that's exactly the main thing I hate about gels/water based pomades
how dry it makes your hair
my negroooooooo
it's a shame half of /fit/ is too distracted waited for pianoman's new vid
>>
>>35567273
This brand is such a bitch to wash off. I use a mix of olive oil and shampoo. How does everyone else get it off?>>35567415
>too insecure to talk about grooming
You're an insecure loser who is ugly.
>>
I use American Crew Fiber.
Its ok, but open to suggestion.
My hair is curly when medium length but when short its pretty straight/wavy.
Anything thats strong enough to keep it straight when I slick it?
>>
>>35567567
I'm usually just perma wearing it
If I want a good amount taken off I just use a shit ton of that suave Walmart brand shampoo and leave the froth on while I soap up
>>
>>35567567
Well dawn dish soap works really well

But if it's really that hard to get out then you probably used too much. Honestly keep grabbing a tiny bit at a time, like a pea sized scoop each time and rub it in a little bit at a time. you need barely any to actually make it work.
>>
>>35567572
My friend mixes water based axe (the blue one) pomade, and murrays superior, and it's pretty stiff, he has long curly hair tho
>>
>>35567273
OP go back to >>>/fa/gistan
>>
>>35567273
I don't use gel, but I use l'orea' sleek it frizz vanisher cream

It's meant to just reduce frizz, but I have naturally very poofy hair, and it keeps it relatively close cropped for most of the day given that I shower in the morning.

I need a haircut
>>
Layrite isnt too bad, or gummy but thats more of a gel type. Hanz De Fuko Claymation is probably the best one I tried but its like a clay type one. Heard their other ones are also good.

Eh, I thinks its more of a regional thing rather than a "real man" thing. Where I live most men keep their shit natural (by which I mean unstyled but nicely cut), the only ones who visibly use gels and shit are car salesmen and club slavs.
It may be weather related, especially this time of year. Local temp is under 10F, which is well below freezing for our euro friends, and if you spend any amount of time outside you want some sort of head covering (that'd mess up your styled hair) to prevent frostbite and skin peeling.
Personally I don't use anything on my hair but water.

Same

Shiner gold pomade
>>
>>35567273
Bruh fuck Murray's, shit is legit concrete. I use Suaveicito Firme Hold, holds the same as Murray's but can actually be washed out at the end of the day
>>
>>35567273
I used Murray's for a very long time (about 12 years) and switched to Black and White pomade a few years ago. It's lighter and washes out easier but has good hold and low shine.
>>
Imperial Classic Pomade. I've got thick as fuck hair, and this little bastard is the only thing that keeps it in place without getting crusty.

Would not recommend if you want gravity to have any effect on your mane, but it's good shit if you rock a flat top or spike your hair up during the summer months

Mostly I just use water though
