I don't know, I will give you advice though. If your skinny-fat, don't keep cutting, it means you have no muscle and have nothing to fall back on. Believe me, I tried it, like trying to catch puff the magic dragon, that fat will stay. Cut as much as you can possibly tolerate, then bulk. You'll get fat again, it will suck, but its totally worth it.
