You're not a special little snowflake, you faggot. There are peolple out there much smarter than you; much busier than you; living harder lives and they still find the time to train.
Unless you can PROVE you don't even have a spare 2-3 hours a week or have somehow transcended all knowledge and found some way to live eternally: you're just making excuses.
Even if you are able to somehow prove it, you're still not developed enough as a man to admit to your own shortcomings and strive for self improvement. Yes, a lot of people into fitness are fucking idiots but the attitude they take is admirable. To strive endlessly for self improvement. To lift and motivate others to do the same. To battle day in, day out and fight for what you believe even when the universe is against you. To make it happen against all odds.
Just go and do it. Have the strength to recognize your shortcomings and improve them at all cost. Help everyone do the same. No exceptions. No more excuses. Do it!
