Didn't do the do cleaning/skinning, that's what the beaters were for.
Took the cleaned carcasses to road side restaurants where the chef will prepare any way you like.
Jungle chinks are good at 2 things eating and sleeping so these restaurants are everywhere (Cousin supplies a steady supply of boar meat to one local restaurant, Peppered boar is da bomb) .

4-5 years ago at grandpapis house and he gave me his revolver. We walked out to his workshop and laying there in a dog cage was a pig. Pig ass fucker too. Granddad walks over to the cage and starts kicking the shit out of it. Startles the hell out of the pig and me and he then opens the cage and yells " KILL IT"
I told him how retarded it was to do that and he yelled it was getting away even though all the doors were in the workshop were closed. I waited till it found a corner to huddle in and shot the guy in the head. After that I had to drag the fucking thing over to a PORTABLE crane so he could lift the thing and slit its throat to collect the blood. He then made me clean up the mess and his gun. Also had to stack a bunch of cinder blocks into a box formation so he could cook it since it was too big for oil drum grill.
All in all it was some tasty pork. To close up any loose ends about my granddad

I worked in an abattoir, got to buy a leg of beef at a reduced cost, I picked the cow and leg myself, then processed the cow.
I took it home, cut it up and threw it in the freezer.
That said it isn't uncommon in abattoirs for people to be able to buy meat at cost.

What ? I ate horse a bunch of times just buying it at the butchers, its a normal meat to eat, just like kangaroo or ostrich. Horse doesn't taste as good as beef, a little similar but stronger texture and more intense flavor, also tastes more like blood (so a bit similar rare steak or Sth just not as tasty ) in my opinion even when its cooked fully.

Yes, I caught a fish once, hit it with a priest and then later cooked and ate it. It was a 3 hour process end to end.
This quickly made me realise that time is precious, so now I employ a personal chef do the grocery shopping and cook meals fresh each day.
Once a year I also go deer hunting, which means I have a Ghillie track and shoot deer for us, whilst me and the lads pass around a bottle of Balvenie 40 around the fire.
As a result, I have more free time now to spend on intellectual pursuits, such as exploring why anyone would question if money can buy happiness.
