How many times do you actually go to the gym a week in hours?

Maybe you go five times a week but only for forty minutes. Maybe you go twice a week but hit it for three hours.

Be honest anons, how much work are you putting in? Do you ignore your routine and do extra shit for fun?
>>
Why the fuck would you play sand volleyball in socks

2hrs * 3 days = 6 hours per week
>>
>>35548361
2.5hrs * 4 days = 10 hours a week

>>35548370
4 extra hours of gain

Good question senpai
>>
>>35548379
as long as you're wrecked after a workout it should be

ive got memers all around me constantly saying the resting and nutrition is the big part
>>
Maybe an hour and a half, three times a week with an hour or two of cycling thrown in when I feel like it (I should do more)
>>
2h30 per week tops.

A : BP 3x5 / Weighted chins 3x5
B : OHP 3x5 / Weighted dips 3x5

Focusing on those for now until I reach 2 plate / 1 plate on BP and OHP.
>>
Starting strength here. 40ish mins three times a week. Making gainz
>>
>>35548361
15 Hours
5 Times for 3 Hours
Not Even making gainz :(
>>
>>35548430
Maybe because you're going for 3 hours at a time.

Just a guess.
>>
>>35548436
This.

1.5 hours really should be the max for a natty.
>>
5 times a week.
ABAxABx

A = 1 hr 30 min
B = 1 hour

so a total of 6 hr 30 min
>>
About 1 hour 15 minutes of lifting 4 times a week
So 5 hours a week, only some days I've got to work extra and lose one gains-day
>>
>>35548361
4-5 hours
>>35548402
how's that working for you? seems simple but effective
>>
>>35548361
5 times a week for about 1.45 each time
about 8.5 hours
>>
>>35548361
4 times for almost 2 hours
>>
>>35548361
6 times 2 hours
>>
>>35548361
10-15 hours 5 days a week

I only reach 15 if I'm not feeling good on those days and spend a lot of time resting between squats and diddys
>>
>>35548368
>not seeing the rugby ball
>>
4 times a week. 2 sessions are usually around 90 mins, 2 are about 75 mins. So 5 hours 10 minutes roughly.
>>
>>35548361
4-5 times a week for about an hour at a time
>>
>>35548361
1:30 7 times a week + 1:30 leg day
So 12 hours a week
I have a 4 day cycle for muscle groups so it works out pretty well
>>
4 hours of weights, maybe another one and a half of cardio or conditioning or wasting time, whatever it's called when you do KB swings.
>>
>>35548368
>volleyball

nigga does that look like a volleyball to you?
>>
6-8 hours i take my time in there and it also depends on how much cardio i do
>>
10 hours working out, 10 hours working there as an employee.
>>
Gym 3/w, around 1,5-2h, depends on how I'm feeling.
Running 3/w, two 30min runs and one ~50-60min
>>
>>35548361
I lift 16 hours a week. Non natty neet making all kinds of gains
>>
>>35548361
6-8hrs/week
>>
>>35548361
Ss x 3 days at 1 hour
+
Upperday at 1 hour
So 4 hours.
>>
6-8 hours
>>
2 to 3 hours
3 days a week
>>
7-8 hours in total.

Kinda why I like PPL so much, some days are shorter than others so I can get other stuff done before work
>>
5 hours a week
>>
>>35548943
its the volleyball booty. I thought it was volleyball aswell.
>>
3 x 3
5 x 4
29 hours including cardio and mma.
>>
>>35548361
6 days a week, 1.5 h each time, full body workout
>>
My office has a gym and 6 personal trainers which rotate around 0600 till 1800. I get in 1 hour before work and 1 hour after. Then I go to the park otw home for 40ish minutes to run some miles since running on a treadmill is dick and jogging around corporate buildings is balls. I skip the end of the day on Friday because I dont want to be caught on site after hours since by boss is always looking for people to work overtime and I don't do that

if im not counting the park and weekends since work is 20m from home and I don't wanna be caught there working out on the weekend too so I just do the park instead

9ish hours of purely gym time not counting showers n warmups

40-60 minutes per day
5x a wekk.
200-300 minutes - 3-5 hours.
I don't know if I'm doing it right, I usually rest very little between sets.
I do 1 set and wait 40 seconds and start again.
How much is enough between sets?
And different exercises?
>>
>>35548361
6 times a week for 40 mins to 1 hr
>>

>How many times do you actually go to the gym a week in hours?
Gym at least 4 hours a week (4 days, about 1 hour per session)
I train in martial arts up to 7.5 hours a week (3 nights a week, 2.5 hours per session)

>Be honest anons, how much work are you putting in? Do you ignore your routine and do extra shit for fun?
I put in enough effort to be struggling to finish my last few reps, depending on how I'm feeling I might mix my days up or throw in another random workout just because I fancy it.

The issue with training for competitive martial arts is that it is hard to make size gains when you are doing up to 7.5 hours of running and conditioning on top of your gym routine.

8 hours a day 12 days a week
thats over 100%
what are you doing?
>>
>>35548436
>>35548444
It really depends though. There is not perfect amount of time everyone should follow. Since people work out with a much higher intensity than other and a 1.5 hour workout could be 2.5 hours for one person and 50 minutes for another
>>
>>35548361
About 1.5 hours+treadmill/stretching 4 times a week.
>>
>>35555096
Regardless, if it's not working for him he should change it
>>
6 days a week, 2 ish hours per, closer to 13 or 14 hours total probably though
>>
>>35548361
~8 hours + 4 hours of cardio/wk

I'm really shitty about sticking to a routine tho. Spend 90% of my time doing tire flips/sledgehammer work/ hitting the heavy bag
>Doesn't matter because i'm on a cut tbqhwy senpai

>>

1.5hrs * 4 days, so 6 hours a week.
>>
>>35548368
