It's also called Nitrogen Spiking. Basically counting the amino acids towards the total protein content, even though they aren't technically full proteins.

i did, hardgainer extreme (smooth choc) is really good, i just bought a 5kg bag.Its good quality, perfect for skeletons like myself. I had one bag so far, when i restarted lifting after a 6 month break.
I was 70kg on 7th september, and im 77 now.
Also this product has an awesome texture, its kind of like mildly wet sand, mixing is easy, and its not flying like some of the powder-type proteins.
Do NOT buy unflavoured, its shit. Chocolate is sweet but okay.

"bulking" powders are probably bullshit, but myprotein is legit. Their whey tastes good, and every now and then I get those protein chox, and they taste fantastic. And I respect them as a company. I ordered some stuff on black Friday, it came a day later than they said it would, so they sent me an email apologizing with a code that takes 50% off any order, and you can use it with sales. Got some bcaa's and protein chox coming in the mail at 75% off, because my protein came a day late. Respect

Yeah, myprotein doesn't mix quite as well as ON, but it still mixes just fine. I think it tastes better, but I'm comparing two specific flavors of myprotein to ON's double rich chocolate, so it's not a 1 to 1 comparison

I have had chocolate peanut and chocolate banana. Both are nice to start with but then become horribly sweet.
I have vanilla now, and it's much better. I would go for a plainer flavour.
Other than that, can't fault them. Prompt delivery. Really good prices. Although there is always at least a 25% off most items, so you don't have to jump on their sales!
