What other exercises are good for upper body posture? Currently I have:
>Deadlifts
>Bent Over Rows

Anything else that's effective?
>>
Look up how to do Face pulls, Joe Defranco's Y-T-I complex, Y-Handcuffs, and band pull-aparts.

Also shoulder dislocations are prime for fixing internal rotation.

anything that trains back/core

Front squats

if he has bad posture the fault is his back not his front you idiot

Some guy:"hey guys my calves are weak"
You: curls brah
>>

Exactly. Front squats scorch the upper back. Please lift first, then give advice.

>>

>Planks
>Medblll RDLs

So, what can I do for my thoracic spine to stretch?

Pretty much what a lot of anons have said. Stretching and mobility are huge. A good rule of thumb is being able to do an overhead squat barefoot. If u can do that with competent form (weight irrelevant) u generally have a pretty on point posture with no mobility concerns.

in regard to back exercises.. thats true but u must have very good form. Deadlift s and rows can hit the lower back too much if they aren't done properly which can throw ur whole posture out of whack

Push-ups while looking forward.
