/fit/ what's your favorite band/album to listen to when you lift?
I like listening to burial when I lift alone. Doesn't have much lyrics and its an almost ambient noise feel. Helps me concentrate on the lift without much distraction
deathcore/hardcore always gets me in the mood. i used to enjoy it a lot when i was younger, but only go to a few gigs/listen when working out now.

I lost 50 pounds listening to a single album Waking Up by One Republic. I would sync my cardio to All The Right Moves and then as that song ended, I'd move onto the row machine and feel pumped up as the album moved onto Everybody Loves Me. And then I did some misc. bullshit in the weight in the weight room listening to the second half of the album. And then on the drive home I could finish the album off. Now that I actually lift, I can't listen to music because it gets too distracting. But yeah, spent like 4 months just... listening to one album.
