Am i making decent progress?
Been lifting for a solid year now.
Started at 130 lbs 5'7 19m
Now at 153 lbs 5'7 20m
Max bench 215, max ohp 155, max squat 215, deadlift 297x3 (converted from olympic weights in kg)
I try to hit my macros of 170g protein, 430 carbs, and 115g fat totalling to 3440 calories a day. Im not too consistent and i also run in the mornings because of my job.
Ive ditched the 10-12 rep scheme and been sticking with 4-8 on all my compound lifts.
Im still trying to bulk but have an appetite problem. My end goal is 170 lbs 6-7% bodyfat being as strong as i can while still beig natty. How long should i bulk for? How heavy should i get until I start cutting?
