31 here, 32 in March. Strongest I've ever been, and have made substantial strength gains in the past year, though that's mostly because I switched gyms and upped my volume. staying injury free is pretty key as well.

Your metabolism slows down so it's harder to stay lean. Gains are easy enough to maintain as long as you continue your workouts (switching them up every once in awhile) and eat well.

You need to be easier on your body though because it becomes easier to get hurt.

I turned 30 last year but my gains are still pretty descent, bigger than most guys in the gym.

I'm 27 and still making gains. Only real issue are all these semi-injuries I'm racking up because I never cared about structural balance, proper form and prehab when I was younger.
