TDEE questions
In order to lose a healthy 2lbs per week, you need to eat 1000 less than your TDEE daily right? It's telling me in order to lose 2lbs per week I have to eat 1080 calories max (I workout lightly 1 to 3 times per week).
That seems really low.
if your TDEE is that low, 2lbs per week is too much.
eat more on your workout days or during the week to mantain the deficit
Work out more to increase your TDEE, then cut 1000 cals from that.

Alright, I'll start working out more to increase my TDEE. I shouldn't eat below my BMR right? Even if I do a 500 calorie deficit it's still below my BMR.
I'm guessing the simple solution is to just exercise more so I can eat above my BMR and still lose weight
If I ate at a deficit of 500 calories but all I ate was bread, would I still lose weight?
