Not good for building mass though. If size is what you want, do the 20 rep squat routine from Super Squats instead.

If your 1RM is as fucking pathetic as 70kg then it'll go up pretty much no matter what you do.

I thought we were talking about squatting at least 3pl8 or more for 5x5 every single day.

If you plan on doing that with 85%1RM+ you will burn yourself faster than jb there burns his spliff. But if you cycle the intensity reasonably you might get some decent results.
