I didn't focus on lifting though. I'm a runner and swimmer. I only lift because it's fun and so I can overeat and have excess calories go to gains.

Bad idea
You will permanently lower the efficiency of your atp energy production in the mitochondria of cells (read: your metabolism) by doing dnp.
To get rid of that stubborn fat, what you need is cardio.
Cardio literally changes a receptor balance in the body to burn more fat (refer to Lyle McDonald's work for more info on that)
Do HIIT if you can but it's not absolutely necessary.

What's the best cardio to do outside of HIIT? Like if I just swam more laps would that give me similar results to HIIT?
I'm a smoker, so super intense cardio is the devil. I'm more of a consistent jog for 45 minutes sorta lady rather than sprints.

thing is you won't look that different on or off dnp and there's a real chance that you'll fuck something up.

The good thing about cardio is that there are hundreds of things you can do and each provide their own unique benefits. The main reason why cardio is beneficial (because keeping bf% low) is general cardiovascular health. So you don't get winded walking up a flight of stairs or dying at 40 from a heart attack etc etc. Consider: walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, badminton, bodyweight exercises, any sport, yoga. doesn't matter really.

I mean I do a decent amount of walking everyday (bartending/serving), and yoga like 3x a week or so. I just stopped doing cardio when I started lifting and it's so hard to convince myself to do more than like 30 mins of cardio at a time. And I feel like to get the results I want I'm probably looking at 45-60 5x a week.

You may have just gone up to a more maintainable weight. Before I started lifting I got down to 12 (168lbs) stone from 25 stone (350lbs). As I am 6'2 I looked quite thin. I went up to 14 and a half stone (200 lbs) after half a year and looked way better. Stayed that way until I started weights and cardio, don't know how much I weigh now, I just measure my stomach now.

Maybe, who knows. I think it's more just the fact that I've stopped being so diligent in my diet. I didn't touch refined carbs or fatty protein for a solid year while I was losing weight. Then I got back into pasta etc (moved out, couldn't afford not to have pasta a couple nights a week) and got to where I am now

In the begining I starved myself and walked miles everyday dropped 50ish pound then there was a phase where i just lifted heavy and ate all day now I do cardio and lift that picture was taken A while ago ive dropped and additional 10 pounds and as for holding my shirt with my hand. It was a progress pic and all the shirts i had were 2xl and 3xl so you couldnt see progress and im not sucking it in i just have lose skin like a mother fucker

ignore the comments on how bad DNP is. I have been cycling for years, it is dangerous if not tooken properly.

If you were to stick to a 125mg pill every 12hours for 21 days you would see the progress and have zero risk of injury.

You could easily up it as well just depends on your activities, I cycle 750mg a day for 15days usually. If I want to go longer I drop it down to 250mg every 12 hours for 21 days. I also am my own boss and can control my schedule 100%.

I wouldn't recommend working out on dnp unless its a brisk walk, because you wont gain any muscle at all. Stay away from complex carbs and eat your 3protons.
