I've been lifting for some months now, I'm seeing results and I'm pretty happy about them. But my dream body is something like pic related (maybe a bit leaner), yet all the guys I know with that kind of body are less than 6 foot tall, and I hear all the time that tall guys don't get as much gains and never get to look that beefy.

Is it true? I'm 6'2" so not 'that' tall but still taller than the majority of guys I know. I also have a naturally narrow frame.

Tall guys can get the gains but it takes longer than it does for shorter dudes. You've gotta put on a lot more pounds of muscle on a bigger frame than a smaller frame needs to look equally ripped or especially beefy.

Been lifting for about 14 months, started at 170. Initial gains brought me to 195, where I maintained for a while. Recent bulked up to 215 and started cutting. You'll make it breh, just give it time.

Pic related is me, about 2 years of progress in pics. Biggest thing I've learned is that it takes me time to fill out my frame. I'm OK with this because I absolutely love the gym. I have a different goal body in mind but my advice is to eat more and lift harder. Let me know if any questions.

It's closer to around 4k since I work on my feet 10 hours daily and walk everywhere plus lifting twice daily.

PSMF atm around 2000 kcal works wonders for dropping weight though.

Had a torn meniscus in my left knee at 17, had to miss a couple seasons of sports.

Back is occasionally sore, I see a chiropractor and it goes away. Since I began lifting back problems have gone way down.

Shoulders are what kills, torn rotator cuff in both but surgery isnt worth it.

Just recently i grew up to 6'1.5 but was lanklet.
Less then half a year later everyone was like "dude when will you stop growing? Jokes on them i stopped growing long ago but i just escaped skeletismn.
