I'm about to start my cut for this year. What are some low calorie/low fat breakfasts ?
I usually skip breakfast on a cut. It's easier for me knowing I have more calories left for the rest of the day. Sip on pic related until lunch and it keeps me from being too hungry.

I did large breakfasts last time I tried cutting, like 1500 cal worth. Usually skipped lunch and ate sensibly for dinner.
2 eggs with spinach and a protein with water.
Usually grab a serving of peanuts and a bcaa to keep me satisfied until lunch.

I eat 1 banana, 1 apple and drink a glass of orange juice. It's probably not the best but I can't survive without eating breakfast. That said I usually skip lunch and go straight to a dinner.

I dont eat breakfast when cutting. I can easily manage until lunch. Even my lunches are quite small so I have most of my calories in the evening

You should fast until lunch or later instead. Cutting is a lot easier when you can eat two big meals instead of three small ones.
If you have to have breakfast, have eggs. Cut up some spinach, onions, tomatoes, etc and saute them a bit in some butter or something before you add the eggs. Good stuff. You can make it into a tasty breakfast burrito with some bacon and shit, grilled potato chunks, but it usually comes out fairly high calorie so it makes a better dinner or lunch than breakfast. Sucks to blow most of your calorie allowance right off the bat.

I just eat 50-70gr oats with some yogurt, cinnamon and maybe some nuts for taste when i have them + 1 banana .. sometimes i mix the banana in but it takes too long so i just eat it while im eating the oats

I can't function without breakfast, but I'm finding a good bowl of cereal for 300-350 cals or a 510-530 cal subway breakfast sandwich works perfect for me

Yeah I agree man, would definitely be better to make my own and I generally do, but I'm moving next week so I'm not shopping or anything.
Also I live in the same building as a Subway so it's just super convenient.
From all I've read sodium has very little negative effects in healthy adults except for extra water retention

10 almonds, a protein shake and a banana, a green smoothie is nice too since its super low cal and gets you some veggies. Just magic bullet some spinach, broccoli and a piece of fruit or something.

I just eat snack on some baby carrots until I have a small (300-400 cal) lunch and then have a large-ish dinner. I end the day with around 1200-1400 calories and try to run 2 miles a few times a week. I've lost 5lb in under 2 weeks.

First, Breakfast happens no earlier than 1pm because kinda doing IF is nice.
