I've been benching a plate and a half for the longest time and I have no chest. I've been reading about flaring/tucking elbows. Which technique will help hit my chest more? I value a large chest more than anything.

Why expect size?

How many reps are you doing?

High volume, lots of food will give you size.

Benching 1.5pl8 5x5 is not going to get you a big chest.

At the gym right now, it's never been this full ever. Post rush hour on the first Monday of 2016. The NYR faggotry is real. I can't even do >cardio because 2 rowing machines are broken and literally every treadmill is taken. Just finished lifting so at least I avoided free weight traffic. Excuse the blogpost.

Go slow: Descent is more important than ascent. Take three seconds on the way down, one second pause at the bottom, then 1-2 seconds on the way up. This is taxing and you will likely do less exercises, but it will work you better.

Do flies: Isolate the pecs with the same form as explained previously
