hard time gaining muscle, i've been doing 3 sets of 20 push ups, 20 sit ups and 20 squats yet the scales haven't changed. i'm desperate for help, hard gainer here...

Yea but nearly everyone who lift weights for 6 months can get relatively ripped whereas with bodyweight it would take years to get a 'fit looking' physique, so it's a huge waste of fucking time. And if you want to gain weight, why not actually eat more?
